My Story

My motivation to health & wellness began with me living a wild and careless lifestyle in my younger years abusing drugs and alcohol. Until one day I had a life changing experience getting rushed to the hospital emergency room after almost overdosing on cocaine. I then began to take my life more serious by becoming more health conscious. I ate healthy, ran multiple miles at a time and started a rigorous resistance training program that transformed my physique in a major way. I decided to educate myself on exercise science & functional anatomy and became a personal trainer. In 2006 I lost my dad to a massive heart attack at his young age of 59. In 2013 my wife was diagnosed with Colon Cancer and passed away after a long fight in 2017. These experiences changed my focus. I decided to take metabolic disease prevention personal by educating and training high risk individuals.
